要約:ABSTRACT The research was conducted under the modality of literature review, having as main objective to analyze and raise awareness about the use of aerobic exercises as a treatment plan in respiratory physiotherapy to treat bronchial asthma in children; since this is a pathology that affects the respiratory system we will proceed with a treatment through training, applying aerobic exercises and respiratory exercises, in this way we will be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of respiratory physiotherapy being helpful and improving the control of asthma. Educating the patient is another of the objectives, so physiotherapy should be based on teaching the patient what type of technique or exercise will be applied to avoid fear or anxiety about the treatment, this process will be done with properly educated health personnel, this will allow self-control, acceptance of the disease. Consider a plan of action, where the interventions allow to demonstrate the improvement of the patient when there is some kind of improvement in the patient's condition as in; bronchial smooth muscle contraction, inflammation and edema of the wall, mucous secretion, programs where the role of the respiratory physiotherapist will provide the necessary assistance. At the end of the compilation of information and after analyzing the different authors, it was possible to complete the proposed objectives; to analyze and raise awareness about the use of aerobic exercises as a treatment plan in respiratory physiotherapy to treat bronchial asthma in children.
