الملخص:This scientific article presents that administrative, operational, business and financial employees face continuous pressure due to challenging conditions that exist in the areas of the institution, as well as the importance of evaluating their performance for the continuous improvement of the institution of “Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito SAC” in the city of Ambato. For this reason, it is essential that the cooperative has appropriate and reliable standards and policies that allow them to know truthfully and clearly how the employee should do the tasks in each of the areas or departments. The main objective is to improve the quality of the employees so that they have a workplace in a good state, as well as providing good customer service so that they feel satisfied to receive a service or at the same time receive the products that the institution provides as part of the attention of the cooperative. With the research carried out, research methods, techniques and instruments were used, which showed that the financial institution does not have an adequate place where the employee feels satisfied. Therefore, this research seeks strategies to strengthen the way to help the employee to feel and have a better workplace where they can demonstrate their capabilities. With the obtained result, a better behaviour of the collaborators was identified and so that the attention is of the best so that the clients feel satisfied.
