| Summary: | The present Curricular Integration Work focuses on analyzing the use of office tools by teachers at the "27 de Febrero" High School during the 2023-2024 academic period. These tools offer various functionalities that enable educators to manage, organize, and innovate in the teaching-learning process. Currently, there are multiple platforms that provide these services; therefore, to gather relevant information, a questionnaire based on the information from authors and official platforms was developed. The purpose of office suites such as Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, Google Workspace, and OnlyOffice is to facilitate tasks performed in the educational environment. The research specifically targets the teaching staff of the institution, using a deductive approach with quantitative analysis, of an exploratory-descriptive nature through a cross-sectional study design. The sample consisted of 30 teachers representing all educational levels of the school. Subsequently, a structured survey was designed focusing on the office tools used in the educational unit. The results revealed the existence of 14 relevant tools for the educational environment, with Microsoft Word and Excel being the most used, followed by Google tools with moderate usage, while LibreOffice and OnlyOffice tools recorded lower usage. It is recommended that educational authorities implement training courses to strengthen the mastery and effective use of these tools among the teaching staff, which could lead to a significant improvement in efficiency and quality of work, as well as the optimization of technological resources available in the educational field.
