Samenvatting:This research work refers to PSICOPEDAGÓGICO DISLALIAS DIAGNOSIS AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LITERACY OF CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE OF UNIDAD EDUCATIVA MUNICIPAL TIERRAS COLORADAS LOJA PERIOD 2014. As General Objective: a scientific study on the diagnosis Psicopedagógico dislalias and its impact on the development of literacy in children 5 years of age of age of Unidad Educativa Municipal Tierras Coloradas Loja period 2014. The methods used in this research work were the scientific, analytic- synthetic, inductive, deductive, descriptive and statistical, with a population of 29 children and two teachers. Technical psychopedagogical applied to teachers and children worked the Test Telepre, I'll perform in four working weeks was used. As a result of the application of techniques and instruments, it is concluded that the two interviewed teachers mentioned that the etiological factors more important that affects the initial teaching of literacy are the lack of auditory discrimination, poor motor skills, respiratory problems, and that pedagogical help from the teacher to the children if dislálicos domain influences intellectual operations, motivating action, knowledge and culture. In conclusion I can say that the Psicopedagógico Diagnostics dislalias if affects the literacy development of children
