| Streszczenie: | Didactic strategies strengthen the teaching-learning process through active participation of students in their construction of knowledge. Therefore, the objective of the research was to analyze the didactic strategies that favor the learning of functions in the subject of Mathematics in the first year of General Unified Baccalaureate. In order to carry out this study, a qualitative methodological approach was used and techniques of documentary review and fiching, supported by their respective instruments: search log and mixed cards. As results, the characteristics and elements that compose the Collaborative Work, Problem-Based Learning and Gamification that favor teaching of functions were identified, concluding that these strategies should be developed at the beginning, development and closing of the class, designing activities that prioritize mainly the contextualized problem posing and the use of various educational resources. These aspects served as the basis for the development of a guide that incorporates these strategies in the teaching of functions.
