| Shrnutí: | The overall objective of this research is to determine the feasibility of implementing a producer of beef sausage, chicken and pork and marketing in the province of El Oro. To implement a production and marketing of sausages , various methods and techniques that enabled the development of this research such as was applied : the Deductive - Inductive Method, which was used to compare with the surrounding reality materialized to through the conclusions that emerged from this research, which in turn served to meet the requirement of sausages and marketing throughout the province of Oro, the Analytical Method possible to analyze each of the internal components, external causes and the relationship between them, which facilitates the analysis of the information and data obtained allowed to know the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out this project. The Statistical Method - Mathematician facilitated the interpretation and understanding of statistics as: Implementation and tabulation of the respective survey, projections, financial indicators (IRR, NPV, PRC), and thus allow us to know the facts about the company during the useful life of the same. In the Market Study and according to surveys, the results inferred by Tab and then perform market analysis, determining a potential 700 923 Request a Real Demand 588 494 and 557 975 Effective Requests for families and as Expected demand 146,688.51 pounds of sausage, the unmet demand 66033.51; which allowed us to determine that the project can and should be performed by the results obtained in the analysis of demand, supply and levels of marketing this product. The unmet demand reflects the potential that exists in Oro Province, for this product market with the following results: For the first year of project life is unmet 66033.51; the installed capacity of the project determines that the company will be able to produce 52,000 pounds of sausage, whereas capacity utilization starts with 80%, begin with the production of 46,600 pounds of sausage. Also determined that the most appropriate location of the company is the Location Calle Juan B. Montalvo and February 23. The production process requires the use of suitable equipment, which will be guaranteed to get a quality product at reasonable prices. Then determining the project engineering process diagrams, characteristics of operation and management, technical requirements as equipment, facilities develops. Also an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and functional organizational structure to the hierarchical levels both Legislative, Executive, Consultant Level Support Assistant, Level Operational Level and the operating manuals, charts was performed; which served as a guideline for implementing a good organization, because it will have the following staff: Manager, a Secretariat a Concierge - Guardian, one Accountant who will be part of the administrative staff. The project reaches an investment of $ 42,153.27. The financial evaluation shows the following results: According to the NPV of this project gives a positive value of $ 36,786.69, indicating that the project or investment is suitable. For this project, the IRR is 27.48 % and this value satisfactory to carry out the project the time required to recover the initial investment would be 1 year and 9 months for this project, the sensitivity values are lower than one therefore does not affect changes in project costs and revenues increased 18.77% and decreased by 14.60%, respectively, i.e. the project is not sensitive to these changes. Among the most significant findings and recommendations have, that the market study developed in Oro Province , we determined that the project can and should be performed by the results obtained in the analysis of supply and demand. It has been demonstrated that there is considerable unmet demand of the product to be developed, which in the implementation of the cover will be an acceptable percentage. When this product to be known in the market and have a strong competition, it is necessary that a permanent campaign is implemented using existing tools as it says in our marketing proposal. |
