The purpose of this marketing project is to have a guide that allows the enterprise to improve its sales from the year 2025, for this reason, it is specifically focused in use of the social networks with the greatest scope (Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok), to promote to the ILLARI entrepreneurship through the development and application of digital marketing strategies, in this case, which will help increase the reach and visibility of the business. Therefore, In this place has made a situational analysis of the target market was carried out regarding the consumption of eatable oyster mushrooms in the city of Azogues, in this case, it has allowed through which the profile of customers on social networks was identified to better understand the behavior of users and develop a Personalized content strategy based on your tastes and preferences. On the other hand, the necessary budget was determined for the implementation of the mentioned guide to increase sales of eatable oyster mushrooms in the city of Azogues and finally the marketing plan proposal for the ILLARI venture was prepared. However, the main activities that were developed in the project were: the creation of the business philosophy, the design of the corporate image, the development of content for publication on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and the definition of internal signage, the situational analysis of the entrepreneurship, market trends, the positioning map, the description of the tactics and strategies and the valued schedule of activities.
