总结:Psychosocial risk derives from a wide range of factors in the work and socioeconomic environment and is being identified more frequently. In these last years it has increased in our society, mainly due to the design, organization and management of work, as well as poor social context, and can produce negative psychological, physical and social outcomes, like job stress, burnout or depression. With the growth of global development and competitiveness, there is a greater work requirement, subjecting employees to higher workloads under pressure. The present work has been focused on the analysis of the psychosocial risk factors of the teaching staff at Unidad Educativa Particular “La Porciúncula”, identify the risk factors which they are exposed in their work environment, determine the incidence of sociodemographic variables on the psychosocial risk and encourage health promotion actions to support the school staff, the application of the Psychosocial Risk Evaluation Questionnaire of the Ministry of Labor was required. This research includes a descriptive study, with a quantitative and analytical approach to all dimensions like workload and pace, development of skills, leadership, scope of action and control, work organization, recovery, support among important items. After analyzing the data, it has been identified that in this population there is a low level of psychosocial risk in global terms, which means that the potential impact on safety and health is minimal and does not generate harmful effects in the short term. However, the recovery dimension presented a medium risk, especially highlighting the difficulty in renewing their physical and mental state with rest, which has a direct impact on their daily performance
