總結: | The present study has as a general objective to carry out a feasibility project for the implementation of a micro company processing and marketing of vacuum packed meat in the city of Zamora, Zamora canton, province of Zamora Chinchipe, for the year 2016 " , For which we have set specific objectives that will guide us to achieve the goal of study. Methods and techniques is established in the research process, the methodology applied during the market study helped us to determine the supply and demand existing in the city of Zamora that counts on a population of 25,510 inhabitants in the year 2010 according to the INEC that is of 6,337.50 families, giving us a sample of 378 Persons, allowing to determine that the unsatisfied demand for year 1 is 17,033 pounds until reaching by the year 10 the amount of 18,131 pounds of meat of guinea pig, but will start covering 91% according to the installed capacity ie processing 15,500 pounds of meat De cuy. The technical study determines the requirements of the basic resources for the marketing process, then comes the engineering of the project focused on the technical phase for the effective use of the resources available in the commercialization of the product, which has been prudent that the microenterprise is established in the city of Zamora. He also re-engineered the project, making known each step of the production process, the macro and microlocalization of the project, and also established the legal framework and legal personality. Regarding the study of the organization of the guinea pig meat processor, the respective organization charts were determined. In the financial study it will help determine the viability of the project determined that for the start-up of the microenterprise the investment of $ 14,905.50 is necessary and the production equipment amounts to $ 1,203.00, through the application and evaluation of The following financial results were obtained; The Net Present Value of 4,162.27; The IRR of 15.18; The cost benefit ratio of $ 1.02; And the 6-year and 21-day capital recovery period, which demonstrates numerically the non-feasibility of the project.
