Desarrollo de un sistema de administración tributaria (SAT),bajo la tecnología JAVA para el Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas de la Ciudad de Loja (M.T.O.P.L)

This project was conducted in the M. T. O. P. - L. After a preliminary study in this company it was determined that the main problem is the lack of a reliable and updated software for the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works, Loja, to perform the calculation of tax obligations and so do the returns to service Internal Revenue Service (IRS), alternative solutions which were reflected in the development of software that allows authorities to M. T. O. P. - L. adopt new strategies to improve the services it provides. In developing the paper has conducted an investigation based on various literature sources by analyzing the relevant concepts concerning which tax administration is concerned, the methodology ICONIX that through preliminary analysis allowed to determine the functional and nonfunctional software, defined the use cases, later to make the prototyping of screens that served as the basis for the description of use cases and the development of robustness diagrams, sequence and the final class diagram. The system allows the user administration and the allocation of permits to the various modules of the system by themselves, department administration of M. T. O. P. - L., administration of local (country, province, county, parish), supplier management and tax definition, service management, invoice management, build retention, managing business, managing staff, managing retention values, forms management and attachments as well as updating them.
