Riassunto:The present academic research work entitled "Exogenous Factors involved in Juvenile Delinquency. A Criminological and Legal Vision" arises from the initiative to provide a fundamental response to the increase in juvenile delinquency and recruitment by criminal gangs, with the help of contemporary criminological theories and classified by temporality, the multicausality of crime and the vulnerability of this age group; Finally, one of the most important parts of this work is the analysis of public policy, where we try to find the weaknesses of policies already created in order to avoid making mistakes in the proposal of a comprehensive public policy for prevention aimed at adolescents. In this way, it has been possible to find relevant information that contributes to the study. Materials and methods were applied that allowed the development of the research, an analysis based on the law, doctrine, casuistry and the knowledge of several legal professionals specialized in adolescents and public management, in order to arrive at possible solutions, obtaining important conclusions and recommendations that will allow the fulfillment of the fundamental principle in the development of adolescents and with them create proactive guidelines in favor of their rights and protection.
