總結:In the globalized world in which we live the value that comes to have a strategic planning within financial institutions is crucial because it allows to know the stage where we are standing , so there has been a focus of what is strategic planning, decision making on technical and organizational structure in their environment and within the Cooperative Savings and Credit Corporation Ltda Agency Centre Loja, motivated this study to examine change and new strategies for increasing competition in the financial market of the cooperative. Based on the objectives are clear evidence that it is feasible to develop a strategic plan , because when collecting information through the application of the surveys could identify key development aspects of this work. With regard to methods and techniques used for interpretation, discussion of the results in the polls analytical and descriptive method was used , literature survey , document review, direct observations of operation and services offered by the Corporation applied , made a further interview the manager and the application of surveys to 122 guests and 9 polls permanent staff working in the state, in order to know the position of the company in the market lojano , having a clear and reliable picture of the solutions needed to raise. . An array of high-impact, weight SWOT was conducted to structure and identify : strengths, reduce weaknesses and neutralize threats to the company. With the realization of these elements, strategies for improving internal and external aspects are built , deductive and inductive method was used to detect the current reality of the Corporation with respect to the functions and activities performed by employees as well as processing the information collected. The results obtained allowed to know that the Centre Corporation , as main objectives requires training Plan for Management Level in order to improve service and customer care ; Plan publicity through different media, develop a plan of incentives for their employees Develop a manual of functions and responsibilities to enable the business to a more orderly and efficient projects. Subsequently the conclusions and recommendations that were reached in this research work are presented.
