總結: | The present study was descriptive and quantitative methodology – qualitative. Students aged 10-14, the ninth grade of basic education; school "Adolfo Valarezo", Loja. The objective was to determine risk factors modifiable and non - modifiable are predisposed to the / adolescents to develop type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. The universe was 158 adolescents, 114 males and 44 females. It had consent of Inspector General and Rector of the school, and legal representatives / students. We proceeded to the taking of height, weight and age, it was determined the body mass index. For data collection surveys were applied to students, parents, teachers of physical culture, and bar on the premises, risk factors related to biological and social. The data are statistically organized, related theory and objectives. The results indicate that 21.52% of teenagers are found in normal nutritional status. In sport there differences between those not involved in sports, is greater in those with normal weight with a 58.23% with low weight, 18.99; 3.16 overweight and obesity with a 1.27 in reference to which they practice. It was determined that young people are predisposed to developing chronic degenerative diseases, by the risk factors to which they are exposed, because modernity and technology provide fast lifestyles for the consumer values have been lost within the household and not shared important family activities, mainly for / the teenager going through physical and psychological changes and needs more support and family love. |
