সংক্ষিপ্ত:Milk ice creams have an important nutritional value principally because they contain proteins of high biological value and calcium of high bioavailability, soy and cashew are fruits that have a high amount of nutrients and antioxidants that are beneficial to human health. This research consisted of a market study to produce cream ice cream with soybean extract (Glycine max) and cashew (Anacardium occidentale) in Chone canton. Applied research was used through a survey in Google Forms, provided to the economically active population of Chone Canton, which consisted of 473 inhabitants calculated by sampling formula with an error of 4.5 %; also, the marketing strategies and value proposition were defined. The market research found a demand rate of 97.3 %, which indicates the viability of a microenterprise to produce ice cream using soy and cashew extracts. In addition, 67.5 % of people can attest that Pingüino brand is the most preferred among consumers, becoming a direct competitor for small and medium-sized companies. The marketing strategy developed includes the location, identity and online content generation strategy and social networks; the CANVAS model allowed to develop a value proposition for the microenterprise and thus have a complete vision of the business.
