The method of information collection was used in the research, through techniques and instruments, such as: the survey; they provided information relevant to the development of the project. A census was conducted because the population targeted by this project is the pork traders of the city of Catamayo surveying 40 people. To determine the offer due, the MAGAP was approached, an institution that maintains an annual record of how many pigs exist in the canton, and it was made because they are the families of the rural sector breed on a minimum scale representing 47% of the production of Catamayo , while 53% enter other cantons or provinces, the suppliers of the raw material were also found to the company. The market study allowed to analyze the demand and supply, obtaining as unsatisfied demand 155,712 kg of meat in pigs are:1,713, obtained this information proceeded to carry out the marketing plan in which the product strategies were determined, price, square and advertising and promotion. The technical study notes that the company has the capacity to guard 990 pigs per year; it was established that the company is located in the parish of El Tambo, Huayco neighborhood. In the case of legal and administrative study, the organizational design was determined, a legal organization determined that the company is characterized by being a one-person limited liability company, in addition the administrative levels were established, organizational structure and operating manuals The financial study determined that the project has an investment of $201,949.27, a portion will be financed by the manager's capital of 75% the amount of $151,949.27 and a loan from BanEcuador forming part of the 25%, which corresponds to 50,000,00 at an interest rate of 9.76% per annum. In the financial assessment was obtained from the following indicators: net present value is $47,820.94 so the project is feasible, the internal rate of return is 21.74%, the capital recovery time is 6 years 11 months and 8 days , the cost-benefit ratio is $1.39 of every dollar invested 0.39 are useful, sensitivity analysis with an increase of 16.15% in costs and a decrease of 11.65% in revenue. It is concluded that this research is cost-effective and feasible by demonstrating this through the four studies previously conducted. |
