Zusammenfassung:This research work was about The Flipped Classroom to improve the learning of reading-writing skills with students of seventh grade at Marieta de Veintimilla High School, during the 2022-2023 school year. The general objective was to determine the importance of the use of the flipped classroom to improve the learning process of reading-writing skills with the students of seventh grade ''C''. For the literature review, we covered topics related to the flipped classroom methodology and the learning of reading and writing skills by reviewing updated bibliographic information. The methods used were descriptive, analytical, synthetic and statistical. The techniques used were observation, interview, and a test, which helped to obtain real information about the object of study in a systematic, objective and precise way. The sample was 25 students and one teacher. It can be deduced that the flipped classroom becomes a fundamental support in the learning of reading and writing skills, changing the role of teacher to student and vice versa. In relation to the students´ knowledge, they show some errors at the moment of reading and writing, likewise in reading comprehension a medium level was obtained. In order to strength these weaknesses, a proposal guideless was presented which contributed to the application of methodological strategies that allowed to work the flipped classroom and therefore to improve the students´ reading and writing skills. Key words: Flipped classroom, learning, reading and writing, strengthening, resources, techniques.
