| Riassunto: | Didactic strategies are all the actions and activities planned by the teacher so that students learn in a more dynamic way. Thus, the objective of the research was to analyze the didactic strategies for the teaching-learning process of mathematics in Higher General Basic Education. The development of the study was based on a qualitative approach, documentary design, deductive method and bibliographic review technique; in addition, the PRISMA methodology was considered, which helped with the systematic organization of the study. Among the main results, it is highlighted that the implementation of didactic strategies in mathematics allows obtaining positive effects for the teacher and the student, as well as the development of mathematical, social and integrative competences. In conclusion, it was determined that: problem solving, problem-based learning, cooperative learning, and gamification are the most used didactic strategies for the mathematics teaching-learning process.
