| Samenvatting: | Marketing is linked to a changing environment that is continually offering new challenges to businesses, requires that both the tasks to be performed by the market as the importance attached to each of them are different, in a process of continuous adaptation. The company, regardless of size or sector in which it operates, needs to develop a marketing plan. This must meet certain requirements to be effective and requires of its leaders: a realistic approach to the situation of the company, that its preparation will be thorough and complete and must include all targets and develop, must be practical and affordable for all personal and shared with all staff of the company. In Ecuador, the tourism sector is one of the fastest growing activities of the economy, is therefore required of specialists trained in the techniques of promoting tourism in both the public and private spheres, because plans marketing is a tool for promoting and selling places, products and services, they have had a positive economic environment in the country, because this Ecuador is developing and steadily growing tourism business. Like the country, the province of Loja has taken advantage of the benefits of marketing plans, putting their products and attractive to the eye of friends and strangers, which causes growth as a province and as a major sector of the economy Ecuador. Currently the tourism activities in the different parishes of the Province of Loja not well oriented, lack of people trained in how to market their natural and cultural potential, and it must be added to problems such as lack of resources, cooperation between members escaza community, among others. This research work entitled: "Tourism Marketing Plan for dissemination of Malacatos Resort in Malacatos-Parish-Loja Loja Province". It is made with the purpose of contributing to the development of tourism in the parish Malacatos through the development of a marketing plan Malacatos Tourist Complex, which will serve as a major tool for the promotion and dissemination of the community, thereby minimizing negative impacts and maximizing the benefits of tourism in the socio-cultural, environmental, economic and business. To carry out this investigation, was presented as objective: Develop a plan for dissemination Tourism Marketing Tourism Complex "Malacatos" in the parish Malacatos - Loja - Loja Province, and to attain them we have the following specific objectives : Make a diagnosis of the current situation of the Tourist Complex "Malacatos" Designing a leaflet and a billboard to promote the tourist complex "Malacatos" and Socialize the design of the proposal raised, with the vestry of Malacatos. The methodology used to obtain the results, was the implementation of different types such as scientific methods, deductive, analytic-synthetic, and also drew on survey techniques, direct observation, all this together allowed implementation of each of the objectives in this research work. Later the tabulation and interpretation of results, further analysis was performed diagnostic chips and ranking, in order to make the development of matrix and SWOT analysis Porter's five forces for the development of the proposal made. At the end of this research paper conclusions were reached: The resort Malacatos is one of the main attractions that has this Parish; There is no tourism marketing plan for disseminating and promoting the Resort Malacatos and no promotional materials and dissemination Malacatos Tourist Complex. For each of the conclusions, the following recommendations are proposed: A Complex Administration, authorities and residents of the Parish Malacatos, care and maintenance of attractive den, that still maintains optimal; upon the authorities of the Parish, the Marketing Plan implementation proposed in this thesis, to serve as a tool to disseminate information and promotes the attraction and the authorities and inhabitants of the parish, and run the billboard Triptych proposed in this research work to give to know the Resort itself Malacatos and Malacatos Parish. |
