Izvleček:In Ecuador the updating and strengthening of the Basic Education Curriculum in force, indicates the use of the Information and Communication Technologies as another benchmark of high significance of the projection curriculum within the educational process, because a teacher that does not handle these technologies is at a clear disadvantage in relation to the students, is the problem faced by teachers of the Escuela de Educación Básica Fiscomisional Gran Colombia of the Puyango canton, presenting as a solution to this implementation of a virtual course for the teachers on the inclusion of the TIC in the lesson plans using a sample mathematics block one, of the fifth year of EGB . For the development of the course continued to be the Waterfall methodology the same that was very useful in that it allowed to collect information that once analyzed indicates that teachers have technological resources however do not make use of them within their daily schedules and classes, due to their ignorance in breach with what is required by the current curricular reform; but the teachers in their entirety were willing to learn how to include the TIC in their schedules, therefore according to their needs was designed and developed the virtual course as support and guidance for the inclusion of the TIC in the class plans, because this tool account with Interactive activities, videos and provides useful information and updated according to your environment, motivating as well to the teacher to be use of these technologies in their daily activities. The evaluation shows that the virtual course had a favorable response and we can say that it is of great help for teachers because not only is a support for mathematics but also is a guide to continue practicing and researching, even use them in all the subjects, promoting the improvement t of the processes of teaching-learning and renewal of the quality of education in the institution
