| 要約: | This research was carried out in the city of Loja, in order to make the nutritional assessment of four servings made with fermented coffee pulp (PCF) for use in feeding sheep. Portions (R) containing different amounts of PCF as follows: R1: 0%, R2: 15%, R3: 30%, R4: 45%. It was fermented for 72 hours pulp, with the addition of 10% whey, 1.5% urea and 0.5% mineral salts. The rations were formulated by trial and error and the variables were analyzed the chemical composition, true protein, fractionation of crude fiber (NDF, ADF), composition of the cell wall (cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin), in vitro digestibility of the dry matter, metabolizable energy and cost. The results show a good chemical composition of the PCF with 85.04% of dry matter; 22.34% crude protein; 12.38% 24.62 true protein and crude fiber%. The experimental diets showed variations depending on the levels of inclusion of the PCF; It is higher crude protein content in the R1 with 25.19% and lowest in the R4 with 22.09%; while fiber tenors were higher in the R4 with 21.7% and lowest in the R1 with 13.64%. The composition of the cell wall, shows higher cellulose content in R3 with 17.23% hemicellulose unlike that is similar in the four portions, with an average of 47.36%; lignin content was higher in R4 with 18.38%. The in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), shows little variability among portions, with values ranging from 60.99% in the R4 to 64.75% in the R1 and an energy intake of 2.2 to 2, 34 Mcal / kg of dry matter respectively; R4 is the most economical with $ 0.26 per kilogram. It is concluded that the four experimental diets have an appreciable nutritional value and low cost allows its use as a supplement in the diet of sheep grazing in the province of Loja. |
