Summary:The main objective of the present investigation is the CREATION OF A PRODUCTION AND MARKETING CHEESE COMMERCIALIZING COMPANY IN THE CITY OF SHOP; Oriented to elaborate a product of quality maintaining the juiciness and durability of the meat by means of its flavoring and packaging to the emptiness, to offer the consumers a product that satisfies their tastes and needs, in addition to being able to provide sources of work contributing to a better development In the city of Loja and therefore in zone 7, and must also meet the specific objectives related to the four fundamental market, technical, administrative and financial studies, order to comply with the project. For this we used several methods such as the deductive that contributed to the description of background and general aspects of the product in question and the market we want to reach, and the inductive allowed to carry out a thorough market study, to know in depth the tastes and preferences of the Consumer, using techniques such as the survey applied to the study population, in which applying the respective formulas resulted in the application of 397 surveys to the families of the city of Loja. Within the Discussion, the Market Study determined an effective demand of 9,031 families; As far as the offer was also applied a survey to the suppliers of similar products being these 67 commercial premises between Micromercados and Supermarkets in the city giving as unmet demand for the first year of 1,736,193 pounds of marinated chicken breast. 6 Within the Technical Study it was possible to calculate the capacity utilized which will be 93,600 pounds, which corresponds to 100% of the installed capacity for the first year. It was also possible to determine the macro and micro-location of the company, since we observed that there is availability of raw material, easy access for consumers, ease of transportation, basic services, infrastructure, among others, thus determining the Favorable will be in the city of Loja in the zone of the Industrial Park to three meters of the Military College Lautaro Guerrero. In the Administrative Study, it was determined the constitution of the company, the same that will have as its corporate name POLLO MARINADO Cía. Ltda. The personnel in the administrative area will be a General Manager, a Secretary, three Heads, Production, Marketing and a Financial, also will have a driver - seller and the workers themselves that will be included in the structural and functional organization chart, Receiving the manual of functions. The financial study established that the initial investment will be $ 59,208.09, which will be financed 66.67% with the contribution of the partners and the remaining 33.33% with a loan in BanEcuador, for $ 20,000.00 to a 10.21% per month, in addition, for the first year of the project's life, total costs of $ 252,393.96 are generated, revenues of $ 327,600.00 per sale of the product and finally it was defined that the income and capacity of the Company will exceed the calculated Balance Point, so the product will develop profitability. In the Financial evaluation, a NPV of 184,696.44 was obtained, a TIR of 91.60% was also obtained, and the investment will be recovered in 2 years, 2 months, 20 days; The Profit-Cost Ratio of 1.31 was determined, meaning that for each dollar invested, it will earn 31 cents. Of dollar and finally it was defined that the project will support up to a 43.20% increase in costs and a decrease to 33.90% of revenues. With the use of each method and technique it was possible to carry out the aforementioned studies obtaining favorable results in each one of them, which allows us to conclude that the company producing marinated chicken meat for the city of Loja is feasible to be implemented and has a promising future.
