The hydraulic system is formed by a manual bomb of double effect that works the hydraulic cylinder, of double effect, able to apply efforts of up to 60 tons. The carried out calculations understood the selection calculation and verification of the hydraulic cylinder, the calculation of the hydraulic press, the selection of the hose for the hydraulic circuit, the calculation of confirmation of the advance screw, the calculation of the flange of subjection of the cylinder, the verification of the elements of the threaded union, the calculation of the subjection axes, the calculation of the body of the press, the welding calculation in the body of the press and the determination of the longitude of the crank of the screw. For the realization of the calculations, he/she has been carried out a correct use of charts, catalogs and norms of steels for the correct design of the different elements that you/they conform our machine. |
