總結:compliance with the provisions of Regulation Academic Board of the National University of Loja, This research aims to determine how credit Human Development has influenced the development of entrepreneurial activity of the beneficiaries of Loja Canton during the period 2014, to do a characterization of the credit will be made in relation to the Beneficiary, the factors that influence positively or negatively determined, as well as entrepreneurial activity to which the resources of the HRC were allocated, ending with the identification of the mechanisms by which control and monitoring of the beneficiaries is carried. All this could be determined by reviewing the literature, application of methods and techniques, discussion of results and formulation of conclusions and recommendations. After analyzing the information it was determined that 42.80% of beneficiaries believe that the CDH affects positively to the development of entrepreneurial activity is because they can access this bonus credit beneficiaries human development, same as via the different rules laid down can make some entrepreneurial activity, more than this is that internal factors favor as a practical value, family support. While 57.20% said that no negative impact and improve their socio-economic conditions, the absence of control mechanisms over not having external factors such as technological innovation, market accessibility, monitoring and access to financing.
