In this context, school leaders and teachers assume the role of mediators. It is important to highlight that, in many cases, this intervention is not entirely effective, often due to the lack of experts in the field or lack of departments focused on providing personalized attention to students in conflict situations. This study aims to analyze the risk factors that affect student well-being and to consider mediation as a strategy for conflict resolution. Therefore, this proposal is based on previous research carried out by professionals in the area, which provided true information about mediation in educational environments as a fundamental tool to reach positive agreements between the parties. Another significant factor is the negative attitude of students towards tasks assigned by teachers, which contributes to the escalation and prolongation of conflicts, potentially leading to serious consequences such as school dropout |
