Sumario:This thesis is a study on educational inclusion as a public policy, for this the general objective was aimed at conducting a bibliographical analysis, regarding the impact of educational inclusion as a public policy, in children and adolescents with mild disabilities in regular education in public schools in the city of Loja. The research design is descriptive in nature, bibliographic, argumentative, expository and propositional, the collection of information was done through a sample of: 10 articles, 15 books, 12 web pages, 4 theses, 3 documents and 1 survey, having a total of 45 bibliographic sources, thus developing a psychoeducational proposal based on the attention to disability, focusing on self-preparation in legislative issues and inclusive education, as well as cognitive stimulation activities. Finally, as main conclusion, it was concluded; according to the information processed and interpreted, that teachers present a significant lack of knowledge of the legal basis that guarantees educational inclusion and attention to diversity, likewise, it was determined that teachers present a limited didactic process of teaching-learning in the contents of the competencies of students with disabilities; as for the recommendations, it is prioritized an awareness or empowerment by teachers of regular public schools, learning inclusive topics to ensure quality education and students with disabilities can develop their full potential in the classroom.
