BY THE SATISFACTION OF USERS OF POST CESAREAN ATTENTION OF NURSES IN THE AREA OF OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY AT THE “ISIDRO AYORA” HOSPITAL FROM THE CITY OF LOJA.The research method used was descriptive. The sample consisted of post cesarean using the tools from the Obstetrics Gynecology service during the period of May to June. For data collection instrument was applied as a survey. Once we collected the information we proceed to analyze and tabulate the data in bar graphs and reach to conclusions and recommendations.The results showed that users are totally dissatisfied with the care provided, as to the warmth empathy from nurses. So they referred to not being dedicated on taking some time to listen, about any doubts from their health were not clarified, they also did not establish a conversation with the client, confidence was given to them but they were not friendly at all. Regarding on the care by the nursing staff referred to the comfort and pain control, they were not willing to help and the attention was not fast enough. Also there was no information given regarding to the report or the baby’s health condition specially I reckon that cesarean users should be well looked after because is a harsh process.
