الملخص:The present thesis titled: “meta-and cognitive techniques for increasing knowledge about sexual responsibility in teenagers in eighth year parallel “A” at the Basic General Education “Jose Ingenieros” School Afternoon Section. It was applied in this sample due to ignorance about sexual responsibility deriving in a negative consequences for the development in the teenagers. The present research poses as a goal: Increases Knowledge about sexual responsibility through of Meta and cognitive approaches in the teenagers of eighth year Jose Ingenieros School .The kind of descriptive research of crossing section and pre-experimental design for their development was used the scientific , deductive , inductive , analytical, synthetic and the statistical methods of linear correlation of Pearson. It was applied the knowledge Questionnaires and Sexual Attitudes (SAC) In a sample of 20 teenagers investigated. In this result of pre-test the teenagers showed low levels knowledge about sexuality. Then of this application of the proposal of intervention under the modality of workshops (post-tests) the most teenagers were located in the middle level of knowledge about sexuality in the validation of the proposal according the linear correlation coefficient of ( r) of Pearson is getting as a result a r (x/y) =0,41 is saying there is a moderate positive correlation . It concludes that the most teenagers increases their knowledge about sexual responsibility then the application of workshops based on meta and cognitive techniques for its the most important to continue with its application in different contexts and samples.
