添加标签 | 总结: | Foreign Direct Investment plays an important role in the Ecuadorian economy, however, during the last years foreign capitals that have entered the Ecuador by concept of this account have been low, in comparison with the obtenaid by the rest of was South American countries, due to the presence different factors that have influenced in the attraction of foreign investment to the country. Under this context, it was proposed the present investigative work denominated “Factors Determinants of Foreign Direct Investment in Ecuador, period 2000-2015”. The overall objective was to analyze the factors that influence the direct foreign investment, period 2000-2015, through a descriptive study, with the purpose of identifying its incidence. The secondary information was obtained from the databases of the Central Bank of Ecuador. The approach used was descriptive and correlational. After analyzing the result it was concluded, that in the period of study the determinants of foreign investment were the country risk, inflation, unemployment and tax instability, they showed a negative and significant relationship, while the variables economic growth, and labor cost influenced positively, evidencing besides, a high positive correlation of the selected variables.
