Summary:This research was conducted with the purpose of making a 'PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR CREATING A producer and marketer BABACO YOGURT IN THE CITY OF LOJA ". For this reason the objective of this project is to provide consumers a product with added value such as Babaco, taking advantage of, skilled labor, raw materials and thus contributing to socio-economic development of the city of existing resources Loja. For the study of research and support the project methods and research techniques, same that helped us to analyze all the information collected was used: and then make a specific study of the entire project, then it took into account the technical survey, the same that was applied to the families of the city of Loja with a sample of 381 surveys and 10 interviews Yoghurt bidders thereof. In the study of market demand and supply we were analyzed to determine the host that has the product in the market. Resulting in effective demand of 44.824 applicants and an unmet demand for zero year 1, 128.826 liters of yogurt. Then the technical study which took into account the installed capacity which determined that the company is able to produce 561.600 liters of yogurt and whose capacity utilization will be 135.200 liters of yogurt babaco was made; Likewise the size and location, plant layout, project engineering and organizational structure - functional, the constitution, organization and functions manuals, same to help us implement a good 5 organization. In the financial study it found that the project received an investment of $ 41,135.37 and will be financed with a contribution from the partners 51% of the total investment which corresponds to $ 21,135.37 and a loan that will remain with the Bank Loja will constitute 49% corresponding to $ 20,000.00 to 5 year period at 15% annual interest. Financial evaluation indicators showed positive and encouraging results to ensure good profitability of the project where the Net (NPV) Present Value 32,922.82 dollars, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 41.32% Capital Recovery Period calculated (PRC) $ 1.23, cost-Benefit ratio (RBC) 2 years, 3 months and 0 days, and in the sensitivity analysis for the increase in costs is 9.40%, and decreased income is 7, 60% Subsequently it concluded that there is the feasibility of creating a producer and marketer Babaco yogurt company in the city of Loja: since according to the results it was determined that the project is feasible. Finally recommendations, bibliography and appendices are presented.
