सारांश:Labour law has as main content regulation of relations legal between employers and workers, and with the State. Also the collective labour law has as content to regulate relations between employers and workers but not individually but in attention to the interests common to all of them and professional groups. New legal concepts and the evolution of our society have left delayed our legislation with regard to new trends in the relations of employers and workers in the new millennium. However foreign and domestic scholars have allowed certain relief of knowledge raise since ninety new trends regarding the confidentiality of the property industry, business or any workplace. Therefore this research aims to make certain recommendations of legal type, through the knowledge acquired in the classroom, and take one small step in the exploration of this vast world of labor and Industrial law. Why perform an inquiry requiring the rights that have employers on workers as to the confidentiality of trade secrets and also use adequate and effective of a secret in the subject clause, is to to develop and submit a proposal to reform the Labour Code Art.21 regarding the obligatory nature of the confidentiality clause as one of the requirements of the contract in writing; in such a way that the rights of the employer and their professional secrets to protect during and after the time of the employment relationship.
