Streszczenie:The so-called research: DYNAMICS AS A MOTIVATIONAL STRATEGY, TO ACHIEVE SIGNIFICANT LEARNING, IN THE CURRICULAR BLOCK 6, “THE WONDERFUL TALES”, IN THE AREA OF LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE, AMONGST THIRD GRADE BOYS AND GIRLS, OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL “DR. REINALDO ESPINOSA AGUILAR”, OF THE CITY OF LOJA, ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-2014, se proposed which objective general: To apply dynamics as a motivational strategy to the achieving of significant learning in the development of the curricular block “the wonderful tales”, for which a series of methods is used: comprehensive, analytical, synthetically, diagnostically, participative, proactive model, workshop, comprehensive evaluation, furthermore the survey technique is applied, aimed at the teacher and the students; the target group taken into account consisted of 25 students and one female teacher, the application of instruments was followed by the carrying out of analysis and the interpretation of results, for the purpose of diagnosing the level of knowledge possessed by the students, of these same students the following results were obtained: The application of dynamics as a strategy by the teacher to achieve significant learning in the students is scarce and the instructions that should be provided to the students to carry out a certain activity are limited, it can be concluded that the intervention with the alternative workshops of the dynamics as a motivational strategy, by means of the workshop method amongst the boys and girls, within the class activities, contributes to diminish the shortcomings in the knowledge of significant learning and in regards to the dynamics verified through the ‘r’ of Pearson, for which the application of workshops of dynamics as a motivational strategy is essential, as much for teachers as for students of the school ‘Dr. Reinaldo Espinosa Aguilar’, so that the teachers analyze the importance of using the dynamics as motivational strategies and they implement it in their methodology for the achievement of significant learning, also considered as an incentive to improve their work and in that way contribute to the education with complete and accurate information which serves to expand new knowledge in the students.
