The present study of descriptive type, it was carried out in 92 women assisted in the medical center APROFE-Loja period February-March of the 2014. (54% in women that use contraceptives 26% in women that don't use them) The profile of hemostasia which was notably altered in the women that use contraceptives (20% TP y 52% TTP), in front of the group of women that doesn't use birth-control therapy in which normal values were observed. Is important to make studies on this subject for measurable results to reiterate doctors about the effects of contraceptives in women.
