The main methods in which this research was based were scientific method; Inductive method; Deductive hypothetical method method and techniques and instruments applied were observation; Questionnaire. The investigated population was established by 50 students and one teacher of Physical Culture College High School avocados. Finally clear and relevant results were obtained among the most important we have 80% of young people if they would like to train athletics because it's a good exercise to help improve health, it is a very interesting sport and I like having physical good and 20% of young people do not like to train athletics because they dislike and why not really catches their attention
