總結:The present research work was developed in the experimental farm "El Padmi" of the National University of Loja located in the parish "Los Encuentros" belonging to the Yanzatza cantón, in the province of Zamora Chinchipe at an altitude between 775 and 1 150 meters above sea level. The main objective of this research was to develop an adequate technology for accelerated production of banana and platain ("Musa paradisiaca") saplings, through the extraction of three different types of buds (Accelerated Extraction Propagation of Three Types of Buds), the experiment included three genotypes of the Musa genus (Similar to CRAS method based on PIF and TRAS techniques). During the observation The following variables had been evaluated: time lap in days to germination/prendimiento, plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, length and width of leaves. Different índices of cuality were calculated using the collected data of the previously mentioned variables. Statistical analysis were carried out such as the analysis of variance (ANOVA), the Levene's equality analysis and the Pearson's correlation analysis. The obtained result for germination was 85 %, with no significant differences between the genotypes. In vegetative growth, the Silk genotype was the most robust, with an index value of 0,51 (robustness index) in comparison to the index values of Maqueño and Plátano genotypes, wich were 0,60 and 0,58 respectively. Regarding to the Dickson's quality index, the Maqueño genotype reached the best index value of 29, followed by Silk with 27 and Plátano with 26. In the aspect biological quality, there were no significant differences between the different genotypes due to the fact that previously a positive selection, of the exoplant had been carried out, an essential action to obtain better success. Regarding the genetic quality, the best genotype was Maqueño with 11 buds per corm, followed by the Silk and Plátano genotype with 9 buds of cach one of them. Using the bud and shoot extraction method, an average of ten seedlings can be produced for each corm in a period of 75 days. The cost of each seedling is $ 0,71 when it is produced in beds or rows and $ 1,01 when it is produced in nursery bags. KEYWORDS Coronary bud, basal bud, sprouted son, genetic quality
