However there was any hope of the monetary stabilization, which help to trust in the soundness of investments. That is why it is proposed to install a washer for vehicles in the canton Calvas Cariamanga city of Loja province , whose purpose is to provide a service in optimum conditions and why not say create jobs in this sector, as at the present time the crisis economy increasingly hits our country . The washer is a company that is dedicated to performing washing and spraying vehicles using innovative equipment and systems , today it is a necessity for car owners , and not a luxury as you describe . For what is considered relevant for the purpose of entering the market with a company that provides services washing and spraying vehicles ( small trucks , cars , vans ) in the city of Cariamanga using equipment with advanced technology and this, because the sector is required for a lot of vehicles pass . For the development of this paper , first a literature review about basic concepts related to the preparation of feasibility studies was performed. In Materials and Methods, reference to the different methods and techniques used for the construction of this research work is done . Subsequently tabulation and interpretation of the results obtained in the surveys of the applicants as well as potential suppliers of this type of service was performed , which allowed to continue the advancement of research and get to the Discussion of Results in where through the development of market demand study it was determined that resulted in an unmet demand for services 8745 is the first year, with these 5 results several marketing strategies focused on marketing mix ( product, price is raised , place and promotion ) . Then the Technical Study , where the subject of the size and location of the company was treated , in order to determine the capacity installed and used , as well as the best location for this supplier is performed . Similarly, in Project Engineering issues preliminary technical investigations and special engineering problems that arise focus also includes the process of service delivery. The Organizational Study the company functional organizational structure was determined, this is the legal and organizational basis, organizational, structural and functional , of the company were also built . Regarding the Financial Study , the calculation of the resources required for the installation and operation of the company and funding sources was performed was determined , the calculation of total investment was also performed , total costs , the cost Unit and income from the provision of the service , which are backed in the respective budgets , essential elements for the financial Evaluation in which the viability of the project was verified through financial indicators such as Net Present Value ( NPV) of $ 4847,57 Internal Rate of Return (IRR ) of 31.72 % , Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C ) of 1.30 , Capital Recovery Period (PRC ) 2 years , 9 months and 25 days and Analysis sensitivity indicating that supports an increase of 21.90% in costs and a decrease of 16.24% in revenues , which demonstrates that the project is feasible is therefore made convenient implementation. It is expected that this feasibility study will contribute towards the resort investors, but especially entrepreneurs , they can find in this project viable for development, both in terms of competitiveness, as in alternative generating higher revenues and profits. |
