The topic of this research is: IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING IN INELECSUR, MACHALA CITY, PERIOD AUGUST - SEPTEMBER 2014, the same that is oriented to the structuring of an accounting tool for INELECSUR. This work was performed for the purpose of giving its owner a contribution on how to take proper control and management of its financial economic resource that allows you to know the real situation of your business to decision making; and as a prerequisite to obtain the degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, CPA requirement., for which it was necessary to raise the initial inventory based on the collection and physical verification of the source documents, Likewise the memorandum of operations was developed and the design of accounting records for the implementation of the accounting process. With the introduction of commercial accounting were met with the proposed objectives and developing a specific plan and operating accounts, was structured, ordered and inventory is controlled by applying transcript cards; Assistant accounting records and was designed by process financial statements as optimal and effective for correct decision making of their employer information was generated. Finally we conclude that developed the accounting process the so ordered and classified by determining profit or loss for the period for which the owner is recommended to accept the book design is proposed, and continue with the implementation of accounting it will allow the control and normal operation of the business and thus may have relevant, reliable and comparable financial statements for timely decision making
