總結:The application of motivating didactic strategies encourage to the active, relevant and stimulating participation of students while they build their learning, for this reason, this research was made with the aim of improve the learning achievement in students of second year of baccalaureate in chemistry subject, having as a general objective: To enhance the academic performance of students through motivation and didactic strategies that allow to generate an adequate environment in chemistry subject in students of second year of baccalaureate in the educative unit “Bernardo Valdivieso” academic year 2022 – 2023. To achieve the proposed objective in this research, inductive method was used mainly, it allowed to go through particular facts to general principles. Qualitative approach was used as methodologic procedure that uses words, texts, speech, draws, pictures e images with no use of numeric data. According to the nature of the research, a participative action research was used. At the moment of exposing the intervention proposal, the object of study was worked directly, because both learners and researcher applied strategies, techniques and resources that motivate the active participation of students likewise the improvement in students´ academic performance. The achieved results, show a considerable improvement in chemistry, the strategies that best results provided was the illustrative explanatory, the experimentation and exercises resolution. Regarding the use, application of strategies, motivating didactic resources, they were satisfactory for the teaching, learning, and evaluation of students, during the development and treatment of specific class topics.
