总结: | The reference value is a particular biological scale against which to compare individual results (or a collective) for the same magnitude. It is therefore important to define for each scale analyzed the so-called reference value and its corresponding measure of dispersion. The interpretation of the values attributed to the magnitude required, therefore, to know the influence of these changes both from the standpoint of individual and collective, and from this reliable data with which to compare those obtained both in health as disease. 18 This research is based on determining the Reference Values Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration in the female student population of 12 to 19 years of public high school in the city of Loja . This study is of type: descriptive study in a sample of 472 female students, to which they conduct laboratory tests to learn the values of mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, which served as basis for determining the reference value, and applied parallel interviews to determine both the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study and analysis of mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, was held in the Medical Diagnostic Center Area Human Health, applying procedures, standardized techniques, materials, reagents, equipment, automated hematology and biosecurity measures. The reference values for MCHC are from 31.9 to 34.5 g / dl. These results were disseminated to teachers and students of clinical laboratory career. |
