要約: | The objective that oriented the research work is determine the incidence of the planning in the Academic and Administrative the development on the Technological Institute “Primero de Mayo” the Yantzaza District, Zamora Chinchipe, Province during the school year 2008-2009. In the development of the research the methods that we used were: deductive, inductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical, the same that let us, process and interpret information, define conclusions and propose the alternative, lineaments that tending to offer a response to the researched problematic. Is important to point that the results of mayor relevance and significance exposition product and discussion of results of the research, are the followings: the institutional planning doesn´t carry out with technical standards, situation that doesn´t causes the optimizing of the available resources; a great percentage of activities and productive projects aren´t considered in the institutional planning; in the manager don´t have enough knowledge about management administrative strategies. In based to the conclusions of the research, we proposed as alternative guide lines: training of participative, planning design institutional educative project, and design about administrative management strategies; lineaments that we present to support the academic and administrative development of the Institute. |
