总结:The present investigation examines the impact of average schooling per capita income on infant mortality in Ecuador, using a descriptive econometric study, we used time series data from the World Development Indicators database of the Bank. Global and the Human Development Indices and Indicators ( The main results obtained show the existence of a significant negative relationship between levels of schooling, income per capita allow the index of the infant mortality rate to decrease as a result, it has been possible to determine that in the period of analysis the mortality Infantile in Ecuador cointegration, the results describe a long-term relationship between the variables of infant mortality, average schooling and income per capita. Using the VEC model, the results report a short-term relationship between the variables described below, and the Granger chance test derived from the research is recommended to the government of Ecuador to design a fiscal policy aimed at public spending, prioritizing in sectors such as education and health and road infrastructure.
