总结: | Drug use is a latent problem that surrounds our society, affecting many people without distinction of social class, age, gender or background, highlights several factors for the onset of this disease as the disintegration and family problems, lack of control and communication in the family and school problems, all act as triggers to increase the number of consumers of these substances especially in adolescents of secondary schools of the city of Loja and the country. Adolescence is a developmental stage at which adolescents make decisions independently of their parents and develop behavior patterns different from those of children, some of them considered risky because they may have a negative impact on their wellbeing and future health, For that reason it has seen fit to conduct the study: DETERMINATION OF AMPHETAMINE AND ECSTASY IN URINE BY THE METHOD MULTIDRUG BASIC LEVEL STUDENTS NATIONAL SCHOOL ADOLFO VALAREZO CITY LOJA, in order to know if there is a type drug amphetamine in school, relating the positive results with the main risk factors associated with drug use. The study was descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional study population which was 201 students basic cycle that met the inclusion criteria, the samples were applied immunochromatographic urine test and reached the following conclusions: in the 201 samples analyzed, there was no evidence with positive results, however through the implementation of the survey it was found that the 3% consumed any drugs, 30% knew that outside the school was the sale of the them, 11% were offered drugs within the school and 34% believe that if drug at school.
