要約:The research addresses project-based learning (PBL) as an active and innovative methodology that allows students to take ownership of their own learning through the development of projects; the proposed objective was to analyze how PBL allows the development of learning Descriptive Statistics at the secondary education level, for which it was used a type of documentary study with descriptive scope and qualitative approach, following a systematic methodological process using appropriate techniques and strategies for obtaining relevant information. The results determined that PBL promotes creative skills, active participation and intrinsic motivation, which are essential elements in both educational and professional environments. Therefore, it is concluded that this methodology promotes meaningful learning, allowing students not only to understand, but also to expand and apply statistical concepts in real contexts, which substantially improves their ability to interpret and analyze data.
