总结:The present draft of the thesis presents the design and construction of a prototype of induction cooker that works on 3 levels of different power; that is why the author analyzes the principles and laws of induction heating as well as components for this type of cuisine. The operation of the kitchen is based on the employment of a resonant half-bridge inverter, the same as that generated a wave of alternating current frequency within the range 25-40 kHz, which powers an induction coil. The magnetic field created by the coil induces circulation currents in the container to heat, so all the electrical energy is transferred in the form of useful energy for heating. In this project is the design calculations of the resonant half-bridge inverter and the selection of electronic components, as well as it is also designed protections against over-temperature in the IGBTs and over-voltage in the electrical network. A microcontroller PIC16F886 is responsible for receiving orders by pushbutton control to equip the kitchen of the functions: on, off, control of cooking during a time of 0-90 minutes, change in the level of power and respectively generate pulses of shot of the IGBTs. To complete measurements were made of the prototype built kitchen and a comparison of its energetic behavior compared to another type of cuisine.
