الملخص: | All companies must be organized properly, in order to enhance business activities, it is why it was deemed necessary to carry out this research work, which has as main purpose to develop a Manual of Classification, Valuation of Post and Selection Company staff to Airmen Aerosertec CIA. LTDA. The development of this research work is important because today companies must offer a product or service quality, for which staff must effectively enforce labor activities of the Company, therefore it is significant to have a Classification Manual , Rating and selection since, as this document is a guide to which the proper selection of personnel and efficiency in the performance of the duties of employees of the Company Airmen Aerosertec CIA was achieved. LTDA. In the development of the research the following scientific, inductive, deductive and statistical methods, and technical observation were used, interview and survey were used whose objective was to obtain information necessary for the performance of work, so the interview was conducted the General Manager and a survey of the 28 employees of the Company Airmen Aerosertec CIA. LTDA. in this way it was possible to obtain data about the activities workers perform in each of the jobs, showing that do not have adequate personnel selection process. Based on the analysis developed the most important aspects of both administrative staff was revised as operational, so that the need for a Manual of Classification, Job Evaluation and Selection for Airmen Aerosertec CIA is determined. LTDA. The same containing 23 sheets and is composed of the following information: name of the position, job assignment, specific roles, knowledge, skills and abilities and finally we have the job requirements. Similarly regulations recruiters containing the legal basis, scope, objectives and instructions, job classification, reclassification, merit-based competitive opposition, internal competitions, external competitions and performance evaluation aspects included important for good performance and the right of each of the jobs of the Company Airmen CIA Aerosertec functionality.
