However, the needs of use transport increase by advantages and geographical constraints, demographic changes, growth of cities and socio-economic and cultural characteristics of individuals; generating, problems in mobility (congestion), accidents, pollution, changes in soil, degradation of natural resources (given the need to build infrastructure for their operation) and fragmentation of economic dynamics.
