Add Tag | Summary: | The present research work called “Feasibility study for the creation of a savings bank for the Association of Agricultural Workers of Sabiango del Cantón Macará” period 2018 is aimed at finding new growth opportunities to improve the economy and quality of life of the partners through a voluntary organization, encouraging them to save and developing their own source of resources that provides financing to optimize and increase their agricultural activities. This research was developed through the established structure of a feasibility study for which it began with a market study, technical study, an administrative-legal study and a financial study that allowed the project to be evaluated. For the fulfillment of the first objective, the market study was carried out where a survey was conducted aimed at the 50 partners of the Association, allowing to determine the existing demand in the sector, which can be used to carry out this project, through the study technician, the location and size of the project was established identifying the installed and used capacity which allows to know the amount available for loan placements and the volume of savings, in addition the elements necessary for the proper functioning of the box were determined thus establishing the location which will be in the facilities of the association. In the legal administrative study, the organizational part was constituted and each one of the functions and responsibilities that will be carried out in the savings bank, in the same way the internal regulations that were managed in the institution were determined. Subsequently, the economic-financial study is carried out where the necessary calculations were considered to determine if the project is feasible or not, the financial evaluation confirmed the viability of the Savings Bank through its indicators: the positive Net Present Value of $ 9181,32 being greater than 1, the internal rate of return of 42,66%, the benefit-cost ratio of $ 1.71 is to say that for every dollar invested a profit of 0.71 ctvs will be generated. which determines that the project is feasible. and finally we have the Capital Recovery Period that will be 3 years, 11 months and 1 day. Finally, according to the results obtained, it can be seen that the project is feasible since there is a great reception of the association's partners. |
