Shrnutí: | The gastronomy in Ecuador has a great diversity since each province geographically distributed has its typical dishes which can be exploited for tourism thereof originating sources of employment, while it is harnessed to generate foreign exchange throughout the Southern Region, boosting the economy of their people. It is currently in the middle a series of food of all kinds aimed primarily at offering international cuisine and Ecuadorian food quality and good service, although the Ecuador has a rich, abundant and varied food culture, and a wealth of seafood that is required to be promoted in the locality. It's clear that in the city of Loja there are stalls offering skewers of meat, chicken, among others, and are few companies or restaurants offering seafood skewers so we have: In Red Sea; Sea and Cuba; Risco Sea and El Pirata. As in other restaurants seafood in a product widely consumed for its nutritional value, but they are always the same dishes as rice with seafood, ceviches, breaded, among others, but not on skewers seafood such as shrimp, fish, lobster , squid and octopus. One of the main problems facing most business especially in the sector of Loja, is the lack of support from government agencies, non-existence of lines of credit with preferential interest rates and lack of technical expertise for implementation of new production units, these factors cause the business stagnation, which in turn limits the development and growth of the sector; therefore the central problem has determined as follows: "The 6 lack of a company's production and marketing of seafood skewers in the area of influence of this study, has not allowed the implementation of production systems, trade and investment in these businesses. " This research has as its main objective: To determine the feasibility of implementing a producer and marketer of seafood skewers in the city of Loja company. And the complete analysis of the project requires the realization of the specific objectives: market research, technical study, administrative and legal study, economic, financial study and finally the evaluation. To study the investigation the following methodology was used: the deductive method allowed to obtain valid conclusions determining whether it is feasible or not the creation of the project and the analytical descriptive method this method was used during the development of all research. In the results a survey was applied to both buyers and sellers in the city of Loja to determine product acceptance in the market. In discussing the market research where demand was established it was made; being able to obtain the unsatisfied demand is 294.439 units seafood skewers for the first year, then the marketing plan, pricing, place and product advertising is established; In the technical study the size and location of the plant is detailed; On the administrative and legal study of the company facilitates determining business group, the constitution, organization and functions manuals. In the financial investment required study states to implement the same project is $ 25,741.42 US dollars. 7 Finally the assessment which analyzed the following indicators was performed: Net Present Value of $ 114,786.47; Internal Rate of Return of 84.94%; Cost benefit ratio is 1.64 for every dollar invested the company earns 64 cents; Capital Recovery Period is 1 year and 9 months; Sensitivity analysis indicates that the project supports an increase in the cost of 38.25% for a total of 0.98% and the sensitivity analysis in the decrease in revenues of 25.20% for a total of 0.99% so the project is feasible, the conclusions and recommendations so determined, accompanied by the bibliography consulted with their respective annexes |
