The implementation of accounting, has the purpose of keeping an efficient control of the commercial activities carried out by Mr. Pedro Saquisari's company, providing a significant contribution, with which he can make correct decisions for the benefit of the company, focused on compliance of the specific objectives proposed. In the present work it was necessary to use a series of methods and techniques, to publicize each of the movements that the company makes, starting with the preparation of a Plan and Manual of Accounts according to its nature, likewise it was carried out the Initial Inventory organizing goods, values and obligations that the company possesses; Following the information provided by the company, auxiliary purchases, sales, fuel, freight, bank reconciliations, depreciation tables and payment roles were designed, facilitating the registration of transactions obtained during the period from July 1 to December 31 of 2019, making the corresponding accounting records in the daily book, seniors, balance sheet, worksheet, adjustments until obtaining Financial Statements. With the implementation of the accounting in the Company of Mr. Saquisari Armijos Pedro Araldo, a net income for the year of $ 42,352.94 was determined, which allows Mr. Saquisari to determine that his company has an excellent economic-financial situation , so it is recommended to make investments to increase its usefulness. |
