| Zusammenfassung: | The change of the economic model and the accelerated pace of life have modified the diet of many people who are forced to eat with little time consuming products that have a high percentage of calories, in response to this problem arise functional foods which help compensate food imbalances and improve the intake of nutrients such as fiber and proteins. This is the case of whole-grain crackers. Foods rich in fiber and healthy help to favor intestinal transit because they contain more fiber than those made with refined or white flour. The purpose of the present study was "To elaborate a feasibility project for the implementation of a company that produces and commercializes wholemeal biscuits sweetened with honey, in the city of Francisco de Orellana, province of Orellana", canton in which a a total of 64,465 inhabitants in 2016, corresponding to 16,116 families, a figure from which a sample of 375 was taken. In the field research, deductive, inductive and statistical methods were used, while data collection was used the survey. Among the main results we have that of the 16,116 families that live in Francisco de Orellana, 40% buy whole-grain cookies with an average consumption of 104 packages, reaching a real demand for consumption of 670,426 of this total 92.67% of the families are predisposed to acquire the product. The 4 bidders surveyed market 208.104 packages, therefore there is an unmet demand of $ 413,157. In the marketing plan, the brand of the product was established, being called Nuria Integral. In the technical study an installed capacity of 359,273 packages was established, foreseeing starting at 80% of its capacity, with a production process that takes 120 min. The plant will be located on Calle Fernando Roy and February 12 and will be established as a limited liability company. In the organizational study was established as the corporate name of the company Nuria Integral, 11 people will be hired for good development of the different activities. In the financial study it was determined that the project requires an investment of $ 297,086.88 financed resources in a 39.41% will be covered with the contribution of the partners and 60.59% that is equivalent to 180,000 that will be requested from the ECB at an interest rate of 9.76%. It is estimated a profit of 68,224.65 and a cash flow of $ 76,593.72. The results obtained in the evaluation of the project are: VAN $ 347,595.59, TIR 29.58%, capital recovers in 3 years, 6 months and 29 days; the cost-benefit ratio shows that for each dollar invested the company earns $ 0.37, the project finally supports an increase in costs of 16.90% and a decrease in its revenues of 12.39%. Faced with the favorable results, it is recommended to create the company that produces and commercializes wholemeal biscuits sweetened with honey, in view of its commercial, technical, organizational and financial feasibility, contributing to the generation of employment and boosting the economy. |
