These have had significant deficiencies in some of their most basic services for many years ago, which reduces the quality of life of the residents. It is not acceptable now days that drinking water distribution networks continue using asbestos cement products that have completed their usefulness many years ago and continue using the mixed sewer system, it may affect the health of the population. It should be recognized there were poor planning or territorial organization by the Autonomous Municipal Government, which has authorized the construction of new buildings to the buildings of our study, which rush vital fluid, sanitary and storm drainage system is performed using networks of existing developments, causing a decrease of the vital liquid and increased sanitary and storm flow on pipes or ducts that have collapsed, and have completed their usefulness. It is true that in developed countries construction technology advance in gigant steps, but we can realize on that in our country we have not developed any new technology to replace the networks of basic services that have completed their usefulness and are not in a good condition, for this reason old construction methods such as an open trench to replace old pipes with new ones continue to be used in our country. 5 The purpouse of this research is to evaluate the basic services getting technical information, in order to maximize use of urban land, let posed an alternative to total replacement of pipes of basic services of Suburbia object study, with the construction methods that we have will be conducted in a minimum period of time and the quality of the materials that have been improved in order to causeless damage to human health. This cost is minimal and is justified by the high value of the lots of land and dwelling that currently have these residential sectors. The data analysis of this research was decided to use the historical method and quantitative method, the use of these allows us to have reliable and valid results. Among the materials used in this research are; print and drawings provided by the department UMAALEP file, files and own technical reports as a former official of the Banco Ecuatoriano de la Vivienda technical reports. According to the results of hydraulic simulation that have been conducted using the EPANET spread sheet programand network of basic services has been determined that these do not comply with the parameters and standards, so according to this information all the networks have to be replaced by new ones. |
